Shipping Information

• All orders from Light Toned are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

• Estimated delivery times begin from the day your order is dispatched:

  • Typical delivery: 4–6 business days.

  • During busy periods, delivery may take 6–14 business days.

• Tracking updates can take up to 3 business days to appear.

• If your tracking does not update on our website, you can use our tracking partner directly: 17TRACK.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@lighttoned.com with your order number and photos of the item.

• Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

• Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of our customer service team.

We take pride in offering excellent customer support and ask that all communication remain respectful. Any form of abuse towards our team will not be tolerated. Light Toned reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of abusive behaviour.
